Job Opening
Boise Counseling Center is growing, and we are adding new clinicians to our team.
Join a dedicated, skilled, close-knit team of mental health professionals.
WE
We are experienced clinicians in a well-established practice who are adding part-time and full-time clinicians to our thriving clinic.
We are uniquely positioned to help you develop and grow your clinical skills and assist you with establishing and building your caseload based on your needs and goals.
We can be serious yet value the power of humor.
We have ample referrals, administrative support, furnished office space, and access to supervision for licensure if desired.
We challenge each other to improve and deepen our skills with respect and openness to new ideas. Our collaborative, non-judging, and warm connection with all our team members is the hallmark of what we are about.
We are ready to invest in people who share our vision and want to be part of our team.
YOU
You are smart, creative, willing, and passionate about what you do, and are ready to invest in our team concept. Know that everyone at Boise Counseling Center will be dedicated to helping you to succeed and grow the kind of practice you want to create for yourself.
You are licensed in Idaho as an LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD. While your credentials, skills, and experience are important, our decision to bring you into the fold will rest heavily on who you are, what you bring, and how well you complement our group.
You are ready to lay down some professional roots with a small collaborative team that wants to add talented clinicians to round out our group.
You want to focus on using your skills while knowing you have solid administrative support.
You want to focus on your clients, not on setting appointments, going over financial accounts, or dealing with insurance companies.
You want to work for a company that values its team members, offers a good salary and benefits including paid time off, provides a great physical environment, and offers flexibility in scheduling.
You have an opportunity to be part of a counseling center that has been around for over three decades. Boise Counseling Center has built a solid reputation for helping all kinds of people, accepting people as they are, and helping them achieve their goals.
If this sounds like you, tell us why you think you belong with us, and we’ll take it from there.
About Us
Our open and non-judgmental environment makes our group very available to an especially diverse client base, including LGBTQA+ people, people with addictions, and people who lead non-traditional lives and have unique relationships. In this environment, our clients and our team have space to express, grow, and heal.
Our uniquely tiered pay structure allows you to right-size your practice from the beginning. Whether you want to start as a part-time entry-level clinician with 10 clients or are ready to jump in as a full-time, full-practice clinician, we have a pay and bonus structure to fit you.
Does this sound like the place for you? Tell us why you think you belong with us in your cover letter.* Be sure to include your resumé or CV. See the details below for more information on this position and our application process.
