Insurance

Services with all of our clinicians may qualify for out-of-network benefits. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part.

Please contact your insurance company to verify how your plan compensates you for counseling services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

At this time, we are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid insurance.

At your request, this office will provide you with the information necessary for you to submit to insurance. Your insurance may reimburse you directly. Please remember that we may be required by your insurance company to divulge confidential information about you and your case.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, and major credit cards. Please leave the payment with the receptionist as you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you call us to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
