Ciera Garechana

Ciera completing her clinical internship as she is in her Masters program for counseling. She has a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges through a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach. Her clinical interests include addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, identity development, and life transitions.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? Maybe you've experienced a significant life change, are grieving the loss of someone important to you, or find yourself struggling with self-doubt or difficult emotions. Perhaps you're working through addiction, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Whatever brings you to counseling, you don't have to face it alone.

Ciera believes healing happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools for lasting growth. She views therapy as a partnership and works alongside each client to help them build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more intentional and meaningful.

Her counseling approach is grounded in person-centered and humanistic principles while incorporating trauma-informed care, mindfulness, strengths-based interventions, creative and art-informed techniques, and other evidence-based practices. She recognizes that every person's journey is unique and tailors therapy to meet each client's individual needs and goals.

As a counseling intern, Ciera works under the supervision of experienced licensed clinicians while completing her graduate degree. She is committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful care and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they pursue healing and personal growth.

She welcomes adolescents and adults who are ready to begin their counseling journey and would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward healing.
